When Dwayne Walker, general manager of Chicago International Trucks, was looking for a way to integrate the billing of engine oil and other vehicle lubricants into his automated repair order system, he knew just where to turn.

 

The Graco Matrix system with licensed ADP interface (the only licensed ADP interface on the market) was installed, and Dwayne’s billing issues disappeared. Now, open and validated ADP repair orders automatically appear on the Matrix operating screen and can be assigned to a specific oil meter. When the dispense is complete, the oil billing automatically appears on the completed ADP generated repair order printout.
